Channel Account Executive – Cisco Partner Sales

About the role

The Channel Account Executive will support the growth of Cisco channel partners across MSP, Telco, BFSI and Public Sector segments, driving revenue and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned Cisco partners, conduct business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Support partner‑led sales by qualifying opportunities, maintaining pipeline for Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Cloud and Software solutions.
• Enable partners through training, webinars, certification tracking and promotion of Cisco programs.
• Assist in joint GTM campaigns, lead‑generation activities and co‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reporting on partner performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, account management or enterprise technology sales.
• Experience with IT partners, system integrators, distributors, MSPs, Telcos, BFSI or Public Sector preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics CRM.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
