Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

SMI – Soluções Médicas Inteligentes is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to expand access to its AI‑powered breast health screening solution across Angola. The role focuses on building partnerships with companies, hospitals, NGOs and other institutions to deliver employee health programmes and community screening campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Visit companies, hospitals, clinics, NGOs and institutions to introduce SMI’s solution.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers in HR, HSE, occupational health, CSR and healthcare.
• Identify opportunities for employee health programmes and community screening campaigns.
• Present SMI’s solution, prepare proposals and follow up to develop partnerships.
• Represent SMI at meetings, health events and local outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the SMI team to plan and deliver partner campaigns.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of contacts, meetings, proposals and next steps.

Required profile

• Sales and field marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics or medical technology.
• Experience developing new business and client relationships.
• Confidence meeting clients and presenting solutions in person.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English is an advantage.
• Availability for regular field visits and travel within Angola.
