Strategic Partnerships, Resource Mobilization and Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

About the role

ForAfrika is seeking a consultant to strengthen its partnerships and diversify its funding base in Angola. The role focuses on deepening engagement with government entities, United Nations agencies, and bilateral and multilateral donors to support integrated development and humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with government, UN agencies, and donor organisations.
• Lead resource mobilisation efforts, including grant proposal development and donor reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to align with ForAfrika’s Country Strategic Plan.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and funding streams.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on partnership and funding opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in donor relations, grants management, or resource mobilisation within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Familiarity with the Angolan development sector and relevant governmental and multilateral frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
