Medical Delegate – Infant Nutrition

About the role

Nestlé Angola is seeking a Medical Delegate for Cabinda Province to provide scientific information on its Infant Nutrition products to healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building scientific relationships while ensuring strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑milk Substitutes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted source of scientific information about Nestlé infant nutrition (IN) products for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key medical and paramedical contacts and institutions.
• Identify HCP needs in the territory, plan call cycles, and ensure optimal service levels.
• Monitor and report on compliance with the WHO Code and Nestlé’s internal policies.
• Identify performance issues in the territory, propose solutions, and adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nutrition, science‑related operations, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational abilities.
