HSE Coordinator

About the role

Bourbon Marine Services Greenmar (BMSG), the manning affiliate of Bourbon Group, manages more than 1,000 seafarers on more than 100 vessels and offers international maritime opportunities. As HSE Coordinator, you will support the dedicated vessels and operational cells in applying Bourbon's HSE standards and strategy, working on a B2B basis on a 7 weeks on / 7 weeks off rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with HSE standards across the allocated fleet
• Monitor the fleet's HSE performance and contribute to improvement plans
• Monitor and analyse risks and help reduce them across the fleet
• Promote HSE awareness and contribute to continuous improvement of QHSE practices

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HSE
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an HSE role
• Strong HSE culture and ability to engage teams in continuous improvement

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and maritime standards
• Incident investigation and risk analysis
• Familiarity with HSE indicators such as TRIR, LTIR and RWC
• Knowledge of HSE tools and processes including TBT, JSA, PTW, LMRA and MOC
