Field Service Representative – Luanda, Angola

About the role

ITC Defense Corp. is seeking experienced Field Service Representatives to deliver technical support, on‑the‑job training, and hands‑on maintenance for military‑grade vehicles and equipment in Luanda, Angola. The role involves working directly with foreign military personnel and junior technicians to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair for military vehicles and systems.
• Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and warranty claim documentation.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training for foreign military personnel and junior technicians.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Document technical findings, maintenance actions, and system performance accurately.
• Support logistics, program integration, and fielding operations as required.

Required profile

• Prior military service with MOS 91B, 915A, or 915E, or equivalent civilian certification (ASE Master Military Technician or ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician).
• Demonstrated experience in vehicle or heavy‑equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and field repair.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills for training and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel extensively and operate in austere field environments.
