Job description
Key responsibilities
- Ownership of the ABJV operational planning system detailing production, maintenance, integrity and marine planned activities, resource planning and scope readiness.
- Issue 28‑day and 90‑day asset plans, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date information.
- Prepare and issue week 5‑8 plan for activities moving into the 28‑day plan.
- Own the ABJV integrated 8‑quarter plan, updated and presented monthly.
- Work closely with offshore and onshore personnel, discussing updates with job sponsors to ensure plan readiness and delivery.
- Liaise continuously with offshore maintenance (CMMS) planners, projecting SIMOPS between asset plan activities, safety‑critical maintenance and resourcing, aiming for zero outstanding safety‑critical backlog.
- Collaborate with CMMS planners on yearly asset plan activities, including projected vendor mobilisations.
- Notify job sponsors or vendors of changes to planning tasks such as logistical changes.
- Drive adequate bed and flight utilisation, identifying additional flight requirements.
- Consult onshore supply chain management and vendors regarding purchase orders, requisition numbers, work pack details.
- Liaise with expediting (buying) team to ensure timely delivery of scope materials and spare parts.
- Facilitate weekly planning meetings and issue approved plans, ensuring all tasks, deadlines and milestones are included.
- Develop and periodically update longer‑term strategic business plans, including 8‑quarter and 5‑year asset plans, in line with integrated planning procedures.
- Provide support for L4 detailed plans for larger scopes.
- Assist with shutdown planning, including pit‑stops, train outages and longer‑term production outages.
- Participate in yearly budgeting discussions, cost control/forecasting and planning.
- Provide plan attainment feedback (KPI) to Technical Manager.
- Attend meetings with on‑site personnel and vendors as required.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required.

- Demonstrate knowledge and compliance with the Corporate Major Accident Prevention Policy.
- Attend all mandatory training.
- Safeguard company data, systems and operations by following cybersecurity policies, using strong passwords and reporting suspicious activities.
