Factory Supervisor – Soap Production

About the role

The Factory Supervisor will lead daily soap production operations at our Luanda manufacturing facility. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet plans and deadlines.
• Guide, monitor, and support production teams across all shifts.
• Track line performance, waste, and losses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of raw and production materials and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain Occupational Health & Safety procedures and report incidents.
• Prepare and submit regular production performance reports.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, HSE and other departments.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as 5S and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Technical or higher education in Production, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Production Management, OHS, Quality Management) are an advantage.
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing teams in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP and safety regulations.
