About the role
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our oil and gas business in Angola. The role focuses on managing key accounts, growing revenue, and building long‑term partnerships with strategic customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Provide product information, support, and training, and resolve client issues promptly.
- Conduct market research, prepare regular account and market reports, and feed customer insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in oilfield‑related activities.
- Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
