About the role
Hikvision is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth across its regional channel network. You will combine market insights with product expertise to shape sales strategies, onboard new partners, and expand existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse regional market trends and translate them into actionable sales plans for various product categories.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring monthly performance targets.
- Develop existing partners through regular portfolio analysis, training, and joint business planning.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve commercial and technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor activities and market developments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and meeting minutes.
- Handle direct customer transactions, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of sales experience in the Security or IT industry, with a solid understanding of regional channel markets.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Established network within the local channel ecosystem.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent listening skills, and the ability to tailor presentations to customer needs.
- Quick learner of new products and solutions, capable of closing deals based on specific requirements.
