Well Site Supervisor III

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Well Site Supervisor III to lead complex, high‑risk well projects at our Luanda location. You will be responsible for overseeing contractual operations, ensuring safety, protecting the environment, and delivering engineered well designs on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Halliburton contractual operations at the well site under broad direction.
• Lead the most complex and high‑risk well projects, coordinating product service lines and third‑party subcontractors.
• Supervise day‑to‑day field operations, including equipment move‑in, rig‑up, rig‑down, and move‑out.
• Prepare and maintain a 7‑day look‑ahead plan for equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Act as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel, participating in audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Validate corrective actions, track audit items, and ensure compliance with HSE plans.
• Deliver field operations within agreed timeframes, cost objectives, and well‑services goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum); undergraduate degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of industry experience, including 10 years in operations management.
• Supervisory Well Control Certificate.
• Proven ability to lead junior supervisors and manage large‑scale well site activities.
