Supply Support Representative – Logistics for MOD in Angola

About the role

ITC Defense is seeking a Supply Support Representative to manage the delivery and sustainment of vehicles and spare parts for a foreign Ministry of Defense in Angola. The role acts as the primary liaison between U.S. and foreign stakeholders, ensuring smooth logistics operations in a deployed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track requisition, shipment, and delivery of vehicles and spare parts to MOD partners.
• Coordinate supply chain activities, including ordering, shipping, receipt, and final hand‑over.
• Conduct receipt inspections and document compliance with contractual requirements.
• Arrange shipping schedules, customs clearance, and equipment handover with U.S. and foreign parties.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and status reports.
• Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and logistics support in a fast‑paced, austere setting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and host‑nation policies and regulations.
• Assist with warranty claims and train foreign MOD personnel on claim processes.
• Prepare and deliver status briefings and reports to program leadership.

Required profile

• Experience supporting supply and logistics operations in commercial, military, or deployed environments.
• Knowledge of military supply chain practices, property accountability, and transportation regulations.
• Ability to work independently in austere, complex, and dynamic conditions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven collaboration with U.S. Government personnel, foreign military partners, and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Fluency in Portuguese.
