Warehouse Manager

About the role

The incumbent will lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfilment, safe storage and strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch control, expiry management and compliance with GDP/GSP standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification and minimise variances, damages and expiries.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, planning and procurement teams to maintain stock availability and support replenishment.
• Lead, supervise and develop warehouse staff, plan manpower and drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of warehouse management experience, with significant pharmaceutical warehousing exposure.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical storage, handling, batch/expiry management and GDP/GSP requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse teams and drive process improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong inventory control expertise.
• Knowledge of batch and expiry management procedures.
