Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for our Luanda, Angola operation. The role will be responsible for developing strategy, overseeing procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy in line with operational plans.
• Build and manage a professional SCM organization, including sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, logistics and work‑order management.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs, using MDI and ERP data to support growth.
• Maintain compliance with environmental policies, regulations and ethical standards.
• Create and manage budgets, monitor financial variances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Director, Category Management and leadership to support sourcing strategy and develop a strong supplier base.
• Configure ERP item master attributes and lead implementation of new tools and process improvements.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and ensure safe, high‑quality operations across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and cost control.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing ERP solutions.
