Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Analyse trends and data to improve local operations and make accurate, efficient decisions.
• Lead partner fleet development, ensuring strong growth and effective partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, overseeing support for sustained growth and new opportunities.
• Create efficient driver acquisition and retention flows while maintaining cost‑efficiency.
• Support new service, product and city launches, leading special projects to improve operational metrics.
• Implement projects aimed at enhancing key operational metrics and driving business success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in ride‑hailing, logistics or similar industries.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a focus on process optimisation.
• Ability to develop large‑scale operations and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partner networking skills.
• Self‑starter with high motivation and a passion for learning.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
