Strategic Partnerships, Resource Mobilization & Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

About the role

ForAfrika Angola seeks an experienced consultant to design and execute a comprehensive partnership and resource mobilisation strategy. The role will enhance relationships with key stakeholders, position the organisation as a preferred development partner, and support sustainable funding growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a stakeholder engagement and partnership plan for 2027‑2029.
• Map strategic partners and conduct stakeholder analysis.
• Strengthen relationships with government bodies, UN agencies, donors, NGOs, and private‑sector entities.
• Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate high‑level engagement and negotiations with key institutions.
• Support the preparation of competitive funding proposals and partnership concepts.
• Establish systems to track partnership activities and long‑term collaboration.
• Produce institutional capacity collateral for partnership management and resource mobilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic partnership development, resource mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement within the development or humanitarian sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work with government, UN agencies, donors, NGOs, and private‑sector partners.
• Strong analytical skills for mapping and assessing stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for high‑level engagements.
