Senior Solids Control & Free Flow Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solids Control & Free Flow Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning and operation of bulk‑handling and automatic tank‑cleaning equipment on offshore projects in Angola. The role supports field operations, ensures compliance with contract requirements and drives the adoption of new FreeFlow and iNOVaTHERM technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and operate bulk‑handling and automatic tank‑cleaning systems on offshore rigs.
• Prepare and submit daily equipment performance reports, monthly engineering reports and end‑of‑well reports to the client and regional office.
• Maintain accurate spares and material usage records and manage rig inventory.
• Conduct rig surveys, participate in personal training, and support general workshop and warehouse activities as required.
• Report to the company office and departure points as scheduled and ensure all mandatory certifications are current.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• 10‑15 years of experience in oil & gas drilling operations, specifically with solids control and free‑flow systems.
• Valid offshore certifications (Medical, HUET, Basic Offshore Survival, H₂S).
• Ability to travel and work offshore for extended periods.
