Senior Manager Commercial & Financial Reporting – Central Africa

About the role

The Senior Manager Commercial & Financial Reporting will lead financial reporting, statutory compliance and commercial finance activities for our operations in Central Africa, based in Angola. You will act as a business partner, driving performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting while ensuring adherence to IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS‑based financial statements and statutory filings.
• Manage month‑end close, consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Lead commercial finance activities, including performance monitoring and business partnering.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and FP&A models.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial control and audit compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting, commercial finance or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, month‑end close and consolidation.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
