About the role
The Trade and Development Bank Group (TDB Group) is launching a 24‑month Early/Mid‑Career Programme aimed at emerging professionals who wish to contribute to African trade, economic development and regional integration.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, Finance or Economics.
- At least five (5) years of post‑graduate experience in commercial, corporate or development banking, finance or related functions.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or CIB are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, regulatory environment and industry standards.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and financial modelling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Commitment to TDB Group’s mandate and passion for African development.
- Effective written and oral communication in English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
Required skills
- Financial modelling.
- Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- ERP system utilization.
- Quantitative and analytical techniques.
