Senior Finance Transformation PMO Lead

About the role

The Finance Transformation PMO Lead drives governance, planning and execution oversight for the organisation's finance transformation portfolio. Working closely with Finance leadership and cross‑functional partners, the role ensures strategic initiatives such as process automation, e‑invoicing, system enhancements and data‑analytics projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of finance transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, Operations and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance against plans, budgets, milestones and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, stakeholder workshops and executive reporting.
• Support change‑management, business adoption and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee business requirements gathering, testing and user‑acceptance processes for finance systems and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance‑focused transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align senior leaders with project objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive governance, risk management and reporting excellence.
