Sales Manager – Isolation Valves

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Sales Manager for Isolation Valves (ISV) to drive growth of its ISV and Actuation portfolio in Angola. The role focuses on building strong customer partnerships across Oil & Gas and other process industries, delivering value‑based solutions and contributing to business success.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual sales, bookings and profitability targets for ISV accounts in Angola.
• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with customers, EPCs and key decision‑makers.
• Position Emerson’s ISV solutions as preferred standards through differentiated value propositions and technical‑commercial insight.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and customer data accurately using CRM tools.
• Qualify opportunities, prioritize strategic projects and lead the quote‑to‑order process.
• Expand revenue from the installed base via valves, spare parts, services and long‑term agreements.
• Identify competitive displacement opportunities and collaborate on strategic account initiatives.
• Work closely with other Emerson business units to maximize cross‑portfolio value and support shutdown, turnaround and outage activities.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson’s ethics, governance, trade and regulatory requirements.
