Sales Analyst – Angola & DRC

About the role

The Sales Analyst will provide sales insights that support decision‑making, improve performance and drive business results across Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role combines analytical expertise with strong communication to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, trends, customer segments, product results and channel effectiveness.
• Create dashboards, performance reports, KPI updates, forecasts and data‑driven models for stakeholders.
• Provide sales teams with actionable insights, incentive tracking and promotion performance analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, improve reporting tools, automate processes and support CRM optimisation and user adoption.
• Support market research, benchmarking and external data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence or commercial planning.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to present data clearly to non‑technical audiences.
