Angola Medical Device Sales Representative

About the role

CONTEC USA, representing Contec Medical Systems, is hiring a full-time remote Angola Medical Device Sales Representative. The role promotes and sells medical devices to healthcare facilities and distributors across Angola, building long-term relationships with medical professionals and purchasing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and support evaluations in clinical settings
• Advise clients on product features, benefits and proper use
• Coordinate internally on pricing and logistics, monitor market trends and competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Travel within Angola for client meetings, product demonstrations and industry events

Required profile

• Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or related industries
• Knowledge of orthopedics and operating room environments, and of medicine and medical terminology
• Relevant experience in medical device sales in Angola or similar markets, with hospital, clinic and distributor contacts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field preferred
• Willingness to travel within Angola as required

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to work independently remotely
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese highly beneficial; additional local languages an advantage
