Regional Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Valves

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Neway's sales and marketing activities for valve solutions across Angola, Namibia and Congo Brazzaville. You will identify opportunities, provide quotations, and deliver market intelligence to secure orders and expand Neway's brand influence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and provide business development advisory for oil & gas, petrochemical, FPSO, power, renewable energy and water treatment projects.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives, create annual forecasts per customer, and coordinate pricing strategies with HQ.
• Provide technical support to achieve registration, approval and pre‑qualification of Neway valves with EPCs and end users.
• Organise and follow up high‑level meetings with senior representatives of major oil companies and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update knowledge of local content guidelines and incentive policies in the covered territories.
• Assist with product presentations, trade‑show participation, customer visits, and coordination of technical queries, payments, commissions and shipments.
• Coordinate advertising activities, including magazines, flyers and promotional giveaways.

Required profile

• College degree preferred or a minimum of 8 years of experience in valve sales or the oil & gas industrial sector.
• Professional, courteous communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
