Regional Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (Angola)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead multiple quick‑service restaurant locations across Angola. The role involves hands‑on oversight of operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to brand standards. You will travel frequently between sites, acting as the primary point of contact for each branch and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop branch managers through regular performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
• Drive financial performance by analysing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and maximising sales.
• Implement and monitor brand standards, health and safety policies, and product quality across all locations.
• Oversee labour productivity using scheduling and time‑keeping systems, monitoring overtime and absenteeism.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives and assess their impact on sales.
• Analyse customer satisfaction data, provide guidance to improve service delivery, and ensure audit compliance.
• Work closely with HR to optimise staffing levels and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant units or similar multi‑site operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly across Angola.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency.
