Regional Manager – QSR Restaurants in Angola

About the role

As Regional Manager you will travel across Angola overseeing a portfolio of Vida e Caffe quick‑service restaurants. Working side‑by‑side with branch managers, you will be responsible for improving operations, profitability and customer experience in each store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch managers, reviewing performance monthly and guiding use of Profit & Loss statements.
• Ensure brand standards, product quality, equipment, promotions and health‑safety compliance across all locations.
• Drive profit and sales by turning reports into action plans, controlling labour costs, scheduling and managing overtime.
• Maintain staffing levels with HR, develop succession plans and foster a culture of coaching and recognition.
• Handle employee relations, conduct disciplinary hearings and represent the company before labour bodies in Angola.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• At least 5 years’ experience managing multiple QSR restaurants or branches.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Solid understanding of basic finance and gross profit growth.
• Knowledge of QSR operations, marketing standards and employment relations; Business Management qualification is a plus.
