Project Development Leader – Mature Asset Solutions

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a senior Project Development Leader to drive strategic, high‑impact mature asset development initiatives. You will coordinate subsurface, surface, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions that create value for operators and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field management plans that align with contractual frameworks and deliver value.
• Integrate engineering disciplines, product lines, and functional teams (sales, finance, operations) with third‑party partners.
• Secure high‑value field management or integrated‑solution projects in line with long‑term company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross‑functional teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify integration risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Establish processes that streamline integration, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of development support experience and 10+ years in asset management within oil & gas E&P.
• Proven project‑management track record leading multidisciplinary teams and securing complex projects.
• Experience integrating multiple product lines or business functions in a large organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
