Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee single and multiple rig projects, ensuring efficient execution and delivery while supporting senior project managers on larger integrated initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, third‑party service providers, and customers to drive project performance and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage single and multiple rig projects under general supervision.
• Support senior project managers on complex integrated projects.
• Lead projects that involve multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs) and third‑party providers.
• Conduct performance review meetings and implement management systems to improve efficiency.
• Participate in risk mitigation, service‑quality investigations, and corrective‑action implementation.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate projects involving three or more PSLs in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Halliburton and customer HSE standards.
• Verify equipment specifications, inspection, certification, and testing documentation.
• Lead pre‑project planning sessions and post‑project closeout meetings.
• Maintain accurate Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells, tracking productive and non‑productive time.
• Develop and manage Project Performance Optimization Plans.
• Resolve cross‑PSL operational and commercial issues before invoicing.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned to support organizational learning.

• Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to engage proactively with customers and drive project outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenWells reporting tools.
