Plant Finance Manager

About the role

The Plant Finance Manager will ensure the financial integrity of Webcor Group's manufacturing site, delivering accurate reporting, cost control and analytical support to operational and senior management in line with IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full financial control of the industrial site, including P&L, production costs, OPEX and CAPEX.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports compliant with IFRS and local regulations.
• Analyse budget versus actual variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs such as unit cost, efficiency and productivity.
• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure financial compliance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the plant.
• Act as a finance business partner to operations and supply‑chain teams.
• Ensure smooth month‑end closing and liaison with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 6–10 years of finance experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller or Finance Manager in heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, CAPEX/OPEX management and multi‑site operations.
• Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• ERP systems – SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (plus).
• IFRS reporting standards.
