Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Manager to join our fast‑growing team. You will help drive efficiency across our ride‑hailing and logistics operations, supporting new service launches and partner fleet development while embracing our “go tech” and “grow together” values.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational trends and data to improve local processes and decision‑making.
• Lead partner fleet development, fostering strong growth and effective collaborations.
• Build and maintain partner relationships, overseeing support for sustained expansion and new opportunities.
• Design efficient driver acquisition and retention flows, ensuring cost‑effective operations.
• Support launches of new services, products, and cities, managing special projects that boost operational metrics.
• Implement projects aimed at improving key performance indicators and overall business success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in ride‑hailing, logistics or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker with a focus on process optimisation.
• Proven ability to develop large‑scale operations and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partner networking skills.
• Self‑starter with high motivation and a passion for learning.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
