Operations & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the coordination of transport activities for our transport company. The successful candidate will ensure smooth movement of goods, manage inventory documentation, and guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation schedules and oversee fleet operations.
• Manage inventory records and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety procedures.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to align delivery expectations.
• Prepare reports and analyse performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of transport regulations, fleet management and logistics best practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with fleet tracking systems.
• Familiarity with customs procedures.
• Understanding of freight forwarding processes.
