Offshore P&A Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offshore P&A Operations Coordinator to support a major offshore Plug & Abandonment campaign. The role involves coordinating rigless well intervention activities and ensuring safe, efficient execution of Slickline, Wireline, and Pumping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor offshore Plug & Abandonment operations, acting as the primary interface between client, offshore crews, service providers, and project management.
• Oversee rigless Slickline, Electric Wireline (E‑Line), pumping, and Pressure Control Equipment services, ensuring compliance with well programs, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Lead operational planning meetings, toolbox talks, and SIMOPS reviews; monitor equipment readiness, personnel competency, and operational performance.
• Track progress, identify risks, minimize non‑productive time, and validate daily reports and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in offshore well intervention, workover, or Plug & Abandonment operations.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple service providers for rigless Slickline, Electric Wireline, and pumping services.
• Strong knowledge of offshore P&A operations, well barrier management, pressure control systems, and well integrity requirements.
• Previous offshore experience in Africa, the Middle East, North Sea, or similar environments is preferred.
