Offshore Campboss – Kitchen, Logistics & Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Offshore Campboss is responsible for overseeing all kitchen, storage, logistics, laundry and housekeeping activities on an offshore camp. The role ensures that services are delivered to the client with the required safety, quality, variety, temperature, quantity and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise kitchen operations, storage, logistics, laundry and housekeeping.
• Maintain clean and hygienic kitchen and living areas, applying correct hygiene techniques.
• Use Winrest for raw material management, production, HSE tracking and reporting.
• Utilise the Calipso system for audits and action‑plan management.
• Participate in system evolution and implementation projects.
• Train the team to become autonomous and develop their skills.
• Monitor and enforce good hygiene and manufacturing practices.
• Analyse daily cost data and send cost reports.
• Provide KPIs and required data to headquarters.
• Respect contract scope and group tools for all activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese or French is a plus.
• International offshore experience.
• Available to start immediately.
• Commitment to group standards, ethics, transparency and honesty.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Winrest system.
• Proficiency with the Calipso system.
• Experience in cost reporting and KPI provision.
