Logistics Manager – Warehousing & Distribution

About the role

Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the company’s warehousing, distribution and foreign‑trade activities in Angola. The role oversees external logistics service providers, ensures performance, quality and compliance, and acts as the logistics interface for two Bosch divisions and their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assure performance and quality of warehouse operations, local distribution, SF & AF import and customs processes.
• Monitor, support and steer logistics service providers for warehousing, transportation and foreign trade (import/export).
• Produce KPI reporting, detective control and customs broker auditing.
• Serve as logistics interface for two Bosch divisions and their customers in Angola.
• Implement SAP POE for warehousing and distribution.
• Lead projects to implement new requirements and process improvements.
• Take logistics cost responsibility, including business planning.
• Verify invoices for logistics services.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• Profound knowledge of distribution logistics, supply chain management and foreign trade.
• Entrepreneurial and customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Practical experience in warehousing, transportation and/or customs.
