Lead Platform Support Engineer – DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Support Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to manage and support our Kubernetes‑based platform. The role involves ensuring platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters, pods, containers, and related infrastructure.
• Perform container lifecycle management, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Automate tasks and configuration using Ansible.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability with enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot production issues, and drive incident resolution.
• Support application deployments and releases through Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement best practices for stability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in platform support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands‑on experience in production support and 24x7 operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
