Human Resources Manager (Luanda, Angola)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities in its Angola office. You will partner with business units to translate strategy into effective people solutions and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual workforce planning and maintain accurate employee records.
• Localise, draft, and implement HR policies and procedures for the Angolan office.
• Support organisational design reviews and identify HR needs across business units.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, and talent management processes.
• Act as a culture champion, leading employee engagement and internal relations initiatives.
• Provide trusted advisory support to senior leaders on employee relations and expatriate contracts.
• Manage payroll activities, including salary structures, monthly processing, and query resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of HR Business Partner experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Angolan labour legislation.
• Proven ability to build networks and influence stakeholders.
