About the role
We are looking for a reliable Driver's Helper to support our logistics team in loading, transporting, and installing appliances for residential and commercial customers. The role involves working closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and dollies.
- Secure and brace appliances to prevent damage during transport.
- Assist drivers in delivering and installing appliances at customer locations.
- Pull the correct appliances according to customer orders.
- Perform basic math and reading tasks to verify order details.
Required profile
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lb regularly and up to 100 lb when needed.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Basic math and reading proficiency.
Required skills
- Operation of hand trucks and dollies.
- Safe handling and securing of large appliances.
- Accurate order picking.
