Driller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Driller to operate drill floor and well‑control equipment, ensuring the well program is executed safely and efficiently. The role involves direct supervision of the drilling crew and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drill floor and well‑control equipment to meet the objectives of the well program.
• Supervise the Assistant Driller, Derrickhand, Pumphand and Floorhand, ensuring safe and effective performance.
• Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment integrity and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Driller with reputable drilling contractors.
• Proven ability to supervise a drilling crew and manage well‑control operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling procedures, safety standards and equipment maintenance.
