Data Sales Analyst

About the role

The Data Sales Analyst will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, based in Luanda, to turn sales and usage data into actionable insights for Angola Cables' connectivity and digital services. You will support revenue growth and customer retention by delivering clear, data‑driven recommendations to sales, finance and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales and usage data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare regular reports and interactive dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to develop data‑backed proposals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Assist in evaluating new markets and customer segments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to understand ICT client needs.
• Foundational finance knowledge for pricing analysis and revenue tracking.
• Sales‑focused experience, familiar with pipeline management and sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with sales or commercial data in telecom/ICT is a plus.
• Comfortable with hybrid work, organized and able to work both independently and in teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English are highly beneficial.
