About the role

Control JP Lda is launching JP Fly, a new air‑mobility platform in Angola. We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Consultant to design and implement the full operational model for a six‑month project, working directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define flight‑planning and monitoring processes.
• Coordinate airline, charter and ACMI operations, including aircraft availability and backup procedures.
• Establish passenger assistance and operational control workflows.
• Develop disruption‑management protocols and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with airlines, airports and aviation service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in aviation operations, preferably with airline, OCC, charter or ACMI environments.
• Proven ability to design operational procedures, workflows and KPIs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience launching or restructuring aviation operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with African aviation markets is a plus.
