Cashier – Customer Service & Transaction Specialist

About the role

Rural King Farm and Home Store is looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to be the front‑line representative of the brand. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and help create a welcoming store environment while promoting company programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and guide them through the checkout process.
• Follow the cashier script to explain loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Handle cash, credit, returns, layaways, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Provide basic product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with store loaders to assist customers promptly.
• Stand in the designated area when not engaged in a transaction to be available for assistance.
• Resolve price disputes professionally and maintain a clean checkout area.
