Brand & Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Tech (Angola)

About the role

As a Brand & Sales Ambassador for IKA’s Laboratory & Analytical Technology division, you will be the face of the company in Angola, driving brand awareness and generating new business opportunities across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop revenue within the designated sales territory and expand market share.
• Act as the primary local contact for IKA customers and channel partners, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Execute local sales and marketing initiatives as directed by sales management.
• Visit existing and prospective customers or partners to present IKA solutions and identify sales opportunities.
• Support channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and closing deals.
• Respond to product inquiries, gather market feedback, and report activities through the IKA CRM system.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of IKA products and applications; identification with the IKA brand.
• First sales experience, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); technical or scientific education is a plus.
• Driving licence and own car are desirable.
