Biomedical Engineer – Medical Device Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Biomedical Engineer to act as a Medical Device Sales Representative for CONTEC USA. You will promote and support our portfolio of diagnostic and monitoring equipment to hospitals, clinics and distributors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present technical product features and benefits.
• Conduct online or on‑site product demonstrations and provide basic equipment training.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records using CRM tools.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance and guide preventive‑maintenance planning with service teams.
• Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback and contribute to product‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands‑on experience with medical equipment such as pulse oximeters, sphygmomanometers, ECG/EEG, ultrasound and patient monitors.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and preventive‑maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills for technical sales.
