Cybersecurity, SOC & PKI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity, SOC & PKI Specialist to support a public‑digital‑infrastructure project in Angola for up to sixteen months. The role focuses on inspection, verification and quality‑control activities under the client’s technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security inspections and verification of digital infrastructure components.
• Lead and support Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, including monitoring and incident analysis.
• Design, implement and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Conduct quality‑control reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with the client’s technical team to provide recommendations and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a SOC or PKI environment.
• Hands‑on experience with PKI deployment and HSM management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
