Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into clear, actionable insights. In this role you will implement tracking, analyse user behaviour and produce reports that help optimise our site performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data collection.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B or multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly, identify data gaps and resolve issues.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
