Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role will focus on knowledge management, editorial production and communication activities that raise the visibility of the partnership and facilitate policy and technical information exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms and repositories for the programme.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies and EU‑compliant visibility products.
• Coordinate dissemination of technical and policy content to stakeholders across Africa and the EU.
• Support knowledge‑exchange events and contribute to the overall communication strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production or knowledge management.
• Minimum one year of experience producing donor‑funded or institutional communication products, preferably with space or STI content.
• Demonstrated ability to work with international partners and manage multi‑language content.
