ServiceNow Developer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our remote LATAM team. You will work closely with our ServiceNow Architect to build, configure and maintain the platform that powers our managed mobility and help‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow CSM workspace, including case handling across phone, chat and email.
• Implement and test Genesys Cloud integration for screen‑pop, case creation and activity logging.
• Develop and refine service catalog items and multi‑step workflow tasks for mobility transactions.
• Build Flow Designer flows, business rules and task guidance to automate catalog processes.
• Create and support REST/SOAP integrations that connect external ITSM systems to our service catalog.
• Follow the maturity roadmap to simplify data models, standardise workflows and improve fulfiller and agent experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to translate architectural guidance into functional implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team.
