SSD Product Manager

About the role

Huawei Angola is seeking an SSD Product Manager to lead solution design, customer engagement and technical support for its SSD portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect key input information from customers to create solution designs.
• Meet regularly with customers, sales teams, technical service and specialists to understand needs and product requirements.
• Present new Huawei solutions to customers and conduct proof‑of‑concepts for new equipment.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries and tender requests.
• Handle internal processes such as contract loading, contract changes and price estimation.
• Develop technical proposals and provide clarifications based on customer requirements.
• Provide continuous technical product support to internal and external customers.
• Compile technical data for the creation of Technical Data Sheets.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, license and BoQ configuration.

Required profile

• Engineering, Computer Science or other telecommunications‑related degree (BEng/BTech or higher).
• Cross‑culture background is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, assertive and able to work under pressure.
• Full availability to work.
