Senior Storeperson (Angola)

About the role

Expro is seeking an experienced Senior Storeperson to manage the efficient operation of its stores in Angola. The role involves overseeing receipt, storage, issuance and security of spare parts, goods and materials while supporting the company's commitment to quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily store operations and maintain security of inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations and workshop supervisors to align resources with equipment demand.
• Process receipt and issue of spares, updating the computerized stock control system each day.
• Conduct weekly stock checks and ensure timely requisitioning of consumables.
• Promote inter‑company and inter‑base cooperation to optimise resource sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the QMS and HSEQ management system.
• Participate in regular meetings on operational issues, policies and safety topics.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and comply with COSHH regulations.
• Manage filing system for store documentation and resolve queries with internal and external parties.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory control or logistics.
• Certificate or diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or a related field (advantageous).
• Proven ability to work with inventory management systems and ERP software.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Maximo or IFS ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Computer literacy for inventory management.
