Sales Trainee

About the role

Join Siemens Energy Angola as a Sales Trainee and gain hands‑on experience supporting commercial and sales activities within a global energy technology company. This temporary programme is designed for recent graduates to develop professional skills while assisting with customer mapping, business opportunity development, offer preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the GT Sales team in identifying and qualifying potential partners.
• Assist in mapping key customers in Angola, including engineering firms, installers, developers and consulting engineers.
• Help develop high‑value business opportunities and coordinate offer preparation with factories, sales teams and customers.
• Provide commercial and contractual support for order execution across Siemens Energy operational units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Project Management or International Business.
• Interest in the energy, power transmission, grid technologies or infrastructure sector.
• Basic understanding of technical/commercial offers, tenders, RFQs and project sales processes.
• Good organizational, planning and proactive learning attitude.
• Strong English communication skills; additional language is a plus.
